On the other hand, there are Biblical statements that we are judged by God. Examples from the RSVCE are:

And knowing something is much stronger than simply believing or having faith that Jesus is our glorious Lord. Since the devil more than believes that Jesus is our Savior, is he given a free-unjudged pass to heaven?
